Nu de putine ori a fost nevoie sa elimin intregul cache si / sau saved passwords pentru a putea sterge o anumita parola din Firefox.

Vi se pare cunoscut scenariul?

Acum oricine va avea acces la calculator va putea vedea in clar parola salvata din greseala.

Exista (cel putin?) doua variante pentru a elimina o singura parola salvata:

1. Asa cum apare in Fig 2, apasa Shift + Del, atunci cand entry-ul respectiv este selectat. Nu va functiona in cazul Fig.1, trebuie apasat doar cand apasam sageata jos, si apoi apare lista cu useri salvati. E posibil sa nu ma fi facut inteles acum :)

2. Firefox -> Tools -> Options -> Security -> Saved Passwords

Seleacteaza, apoi Remove

Inca ceva ce am gasit foarte util aici, butonul Show Passwords. Iti arata in clar parolele salvate, foarte util in cazul in care ai uitat parola dar a ramas totusi salvata in browser

Am avut ceva probleme cu acest Cropper, in sensul ca nu salveaza zona pe care mi-o doream.

Snippy in schimb vad ca se descurca de minune. Eventual, scoate border-ul de la capture.

Trecand peste ghilimele din titlu, IDM-ul pare sa le stie pe toate. Inainte foloseam un download manager pentru Firefox, dar acum nu mai este nevoie.

"Pescuieste" tot, inclusiv filmele de pe Youtube...As zice ca e de incercat, cat inca este gratuit (beta).

Nokia E63 + Skype = Love ?

Din seria mult a fost, putin a mai ramas....Skype a reusit sa scoate client-ul pentru Nokia E63.
La momentul in care mi-am cumparat telefonul Skype nu era disponibil pentru el, asa ca am trebuit sa folosesc un inlocuitor (Fring).

Viziteaza skype.com/m de pe telefonul mobil si vezi daca exista si pentru telefonul tau :P

Trucrypt - protejeaza-ti stick-ul USB...si nu numai

Cautam acum ceva timp un program pentru protejarea stick-ului USB..
Da, da, stick-ul cu date importante de la serviciu pe care nu vrei sa le citeasca toti in cazul in care il pierzi.

Am dat peste programul asta foarte simpatic, cu o multime de optiuni. Poate sa cripteze un intreg volum (Stick USB, hard disk, etc) dar in acel moment nu va mai putea fi citit pe alt calculator, fara sa fie instalat TrueCrypt-ul.

O solutie de mijloc ar fi crearea unui fisier criptat file.tc, unde sa stocam informatia de protejat.

Se pare ce exista viata fara Itunes, si chiar una placuta as zice... ;)

Mi-a adus matusa de curand si mie un Windows 7, si sunt foarte extaziat :)
Arata bine, se misca excelent.

Punctual, m-a deranjat ca Show Desktop este acum in dreapta langa ceas. Dar exista o modalitate de a-l aduce in stanga, langa Start.

Gasiti aici un how-to excelent.

Sooooo.....Domnule inginer,

I:Un prieten de-am meu are un PSP modat (fw 3.90 M33-2), ce ii recomandati ca sa vada filme pe el?

R: Tehnic vorbind sunt mai multe variante:

1 - Conversie in formatul nativ al PSP-ului (mpeg si avc), rezolutie mica 320 x 240, sau 368 x 238 (parca...)
Player-ul folosit este cel nativ al PSP-ului.

eu am folosit PSP Media Manager Pro si am fost f multumit. Cred ca la nivelul asta e cel mai bun: rapid si usor de folosit.

2 - O solutie de tip : film.pmp + player de filme.pmp (recomandata)

avantaje:

+ atinge rezolutia maxima a PSP-ului (480 x 272) , ceea ce la pct 1. nu prea se poate din ce am inteles
+ player mai complex, suporta stand-by, subtitrari, etc

dezavantaje:

- ceva mai complex decat pct.1.

dezvolt solutia tip PMP deoarece mi se pare cea mai reusita:

- iei una bucata de film.avi
- o convertesti in PMP (AvitoPMP)
- o copiezi pe cardul PSP-ului oriunde (nu tb in MP_ROOT ca la pct.1.)
- iei una bucata de Player PMP pt PSP (PMPlayer Advance aka PPA)
- o copiezi pe cardul PSP-ului in PSP/GAME/
- treci interfata in engleza din PPA: Left + SEL (alegi skin-ul eng)
- play

NB: exisa multe encodere pentru PC: PSPVideo 9, PSPVC, XVID4PSP fiind dintre cele mai folosite.
Pentru un user non-geek ce doreste sa vada filmul inainte sa apara si la TV, as folosi AVItoPMP
Simplu, rapid, cum trebuie sa fie orice encoder specializat pentru ceva anume.

3 - Player direct de .avi pe PSP

nu m-am interesat in mod deosebit, dar se pare ca exista si ca se numeste ceva de genul PSPlayer. poti sa play .avi direct, dar sunt mari (fiind cele de pe PC, 700MB++), si nu merg toate, fiind probleme de codec-urile.

Imi aduc aminte acum, cand am cautat evident altceva pe net si am gasit asta...
Am fost plecat din tara iar cand m-am intors nu mai mergea sa ma conectez la net. Maica-mea la fel, Vlad la fel...toata lumea la fel :)

Mi-am dat seama ca era ceva BIG, gen troian, worm, patch, whateva.
Din pacate a trebuit sa reinstalez windows-ul cand de fapt problema era de la un patch care a cam lasat Zone Alarm-ul pe dinafara.

O solutie f rapida era setarea de la ZA firewall din High -> Medium.
Nu mai are nici o importanta acum, dar asa...nu te oftici ?
